- Sources : EC - DG AGRI. EU oilseed area is slightly revised from March, primarily due to a reduction in sunflower area in Romania, Spain, and Hungary. The total area is expected to be 11.7 million hectares, including linseed. Total EU oilseed production for 2024/25 is adjusted upwards from last month at 28.1 million tonnes.

- For the 2025 /26 season, based on the long-term trimmed average, EU imports of oilseeds are projected at 21.0 million tonnes, a marginal decrease compared to the previous marketing year (-1.6% year-on-year).
